James R. Schade, Jr.
President & Founder
James was born and raised in Cleveland. He attended the University of Toledo where he earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration. James found that so many children with special needs do not get to experience summer camp because of financial restrictions. For that reason, James founded the Superschade's Foundation in 2013 to not only help send children and young adults with special needs to summer camp, but also encourage the interaction of all disabilities by providing social and physical activities within their community.
Jim was born and raised in Toledo. He graduated from Saint Francis de Sales in 1992. Baseball took him down to the University of Xavier in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduation in 1992, he moved to Los Angeles where he was a school teacher in Compton, California. After moving back to Toledo in the late 90's he joined his family's insurance agency. Jim is heavily involved in the special needs community here in Toledo, and loves to see the growth of this wonderful foundation and the opportunity it brings to many families!
