Our Mission

The SuperSchade’s Foundation, founded August 20th, 2013, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We work with local organizations and businesses to help supplement the cost of summer camp for families of children and young adults with special needs and we provide a summer camp devoted to empowering transition aged individuals with and without special needs, to become as independent as possible.  We hope to assist in providing a better quality of life for all individuals regardless of ability.

Our Vision

What We Do...

  • Lead our community & ultimately provide relief, as well as opportunities, for our disabilities community and their family's.

  • Are a key resource when it comes to social interaction and advocacy support in the community.

  • Are a key resource in Lucas, Wood, Sandusky, Erie, and Monroe counties.

  • Focus on the development of our transition aged youth through our very own summer program, SuperSchade's SuperCamp, that empowers all individuals with disabilities to become as independent as possible.

  • Send kids to a summer camp of their choice through grant opportunities!

Our vision is made possible with the hardwork, dedication, and support from each of YOU in our community who have the same vision and devotion to enhance the lives of these children and young adults with special needs. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do for The SuperSchade's Foundation. Most importantly, THANK YOU, for helping us make a difference in the lives of these truly amazing individuals!
